Some minor tweaks and fixes

In addition, the source code is now freely available under the BSD license.

BG3 Takes Third Place

Battlegrounds 3 was originally released as an entry into the PSP-Hacks Homebrew Idol 2 competition. The competition had a great turnout, and BG3 ended up winning third place. Congratulations to all who entered, and especially the winners!
